This 5-day course will cover all PARP-related fields from basic science (molecular and physiological studies) to applied clinical research with an explicit aim to cover drug development and clinical studies.

  1. Basic biochemical and structural understanding of PARP family members
  2. Signalling, transcription, metabolism, DNA damage response, immunology
  3. Pathophysiology
  4. Develop of pharmacological inhibitors
  5. Clinical applications of PARP inhibitors

Poster presenters will be able to give a four minute “flash presentation” to introduce the work displayed on their poster to all participants
